Colleen has 15-plus years’ experience as an evaluator in government, funding and third sector organisations. She currently works as an evaluation manager with The National Lottery Community Fund.

After taking a one-way ticket from Aotearoa NZ without an exit plan in 2014, she’s still calling Glasgow ‘home’. A bit of a polymath, she brings practical experience of community building, facilitation and a good dose of curiosity and passion about how the connections between community, creativity and social change work. She’s more likely to be found making food or conversation than working on her bar chords.
